Project design lead for the launch of The Premier League on Amazon Prime Video. The Premier league is the most watched sports in the world. My responsibilities included working with product managers and leadership to strategize approach, UX, interaction design and extensive research. Research and cross-org negotiations led towards targeting 5 areas of focus:
Cross-platform discovery and comprehension strategy based on localized (UK) user research and testing.Smart TV match details page of a match in progress. Key added functionality - ability to watch live or from the beginning. Post match replay UX. Access to associated content and highlights.Fire TV live playback experience. Improved understanding of play point's relationship to live point. Improved audio option comprehension. Notifications for new customers highlighting live sport specific capabilities such as in-game statistics (X-Ray).Fire TV access to replays of key moments within the X-Ray experience.Fire TV access to match details and live statistics within the X-Ray experience.Process example from RITE testing, using a customer experience outcomes (CXO) methodology. Here participant task improvements are tracked over the testing period.Process examples of iterative wireframes in response to customer feedback.
